Experience

Patrick has over thirty years of experience in the planning, design, and construction of government sponsored projects, commercial office buildings, regional and neighborhood retail centers, educational/institutional projects, hospitality, high-density residential communities of diverse scale, mixed-use, and adaptive re-use projects. Patrick has served as Principal Architect and Planner or PWN Architects and Planners, Inc. for twenty nine years.  He is an NCARB-Registered Architect and has extensive experience in working with governmental and institutional organizations along with private developers and general contractors.  

Past experience includes time with MW Muchow and Partners in Denver, Colorado and Craddock Development Company in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
