Celebrating Dominium groundbreaking on North Range Crossings in Commerce City, Colorado
We celebrated the ground breaking of North Range Crossings, a 216-unit affordable housing development in Commerce City, on October 26th, 2017.
Construction began late August 2017 and is expected to be completed in January 2019. When finished, the property will feature a clubhouse with a fireplace and wood beamed ceilings with architectural decorative trusses. It will also include a fitness center, yoga room, community café, management offices and a business center.
Potential residents will have the option of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units which will all feature 9-foot ceilings, high end appliances, Enterprise Green rated kitchen and bath plumbing fixtures, walk-in closets, coat and linen closets and in-unit washers and dryers.
Exterior amenities include covered parking, swimming pool and spa, playground for different age groups, trellis covered seating, fire pits, grill stations, bike barns and a bicycle maintenance facility.
Commerce City has seen exponential growth with the increase of Denver’s population and is only expected to continue. With the number of people moving to Colorado every year, projects like North Range Crossings will give communities much-needed affordable housing.
This is Dominium’s first new construction project in the Denver area.
